The Long COVID Symptoms associated conditions addressed in the programme include:
- Racing heart, palpitations, fluctuations in heart rate or blood pressure, dizziness, vertigo, poor digestion, altered kidney function, hot sweats, chills and difficulty maintaining temperature control, dizziness and many nerve disorders caused by a disordered autonomic nervous system.
- Tightness or burning chest, heavy chest, shortness of breath, rapid or shallow breathing, trapped mucous in the lung tissue.
- Fatigue caused by Mitochondrial dysfunction and inflammation
- Intolerance to exercise
- Chronic infection and poor wound healing
- Skin rashes and other symptoms caused by Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)
- Reduction or alteration in senses of taste or smell
- Blocked nose
- Fatigue, brain fog, inability to resolve infections caused by lymphatic toxicity
- Anxiety associated with long Covid
- Depression worsened by long Covid
- Low oxygen, CO2 and Nitric Oxide levels and uptake

The programme starts with Jane explaining what is happening in the body and brains of long haulers. It then covers the following basic approaches to the treatment of Long COVID (the programme can also be applied to symptoms of M.E, CFS and other post-viral syndromes.)
Breathwork is the first way we need to approach Long COVID. Breathing has gone wrong post-Covid, even if we don’t realise.
We deal with numerous different approaches to breathing and breath retraining, in the correct order and depending on the desired effect, be it the gases we are trying to increase or balance, slowing a rapid breath, deepening a shallow breath, elongating the out-breath, nose breathing, increasing Nasal Nitric Oxide production, absorption and use, calming fight or flight with the breath, increasing lung and chest capacity, stimulating the release of mucous trapped inside the lungs, Patrick McKeown breathing and Wim Hof breathing.

For vagal nerve inflammation, Jane teaches you Vagus nerve stimulation techniques and helps you understand the role of the Vagus nerve in Long COVID.
To tackle chronic inflammation and fatigue we treat the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is our drainage system. The major drains are known as ducts and the vessels that pick up waste from all over the body and brain are called lymph capillaries.
In the presence of bacteria, viruses, cancer cells and other pathogens and cell products that would otherwise result in disease, lymph nodes and glands become activated and release antibodies. The small vessels carry toxic and unwanted waste to the ducts. If the lymphatic system is sluggish, lymphatic toxicity results.
However, we can prevent and treat this by stimulating certain points around the body that act as a drain for all the above unwanted cells and other metabolic waste. Jane’s close colleague, Osteopath Daniel Baines, teaches you how to drain your own lymphatic system with The Perrin Technique™.

To tackle Long COVID we learn how to harness:

the anti-viral effects of Infrared Light
the therapeutic uses of heat from sauna blankets, fire, sunlight and moonlight
the therapeutic uses of cold
the anti-viral phytoncides from trees by going for a gentle, daily, walk

squeaky clean respiratory and lymphatic systems, through rapid nose breathing

the body reconditioning and body-mind reconnection of gentle yoga

the profound healing of therapeutic rest

the antiviral magic of essential oils
For very stubborn chronic infection we explore:
time-restricted eating
nutrition for Long COVID
supplementation for long Covid
Get me on the Programme
Jane was a long hauler herself after catching COVID in the first wave (March 2020). Housebound for many months and unable to see patients for 6 months, she researched, trialled and formalised a completely natural treatment protocol for long COVID, which does not rely on supplements or medication.
THE ANTIVIRAL LIFE™ PROGRAMME FOR LONG COVID guides you through the healing of your own body and your long COVID.
